Ι have gone throught a lot of fears in my life. Who hasn't and who isn't. All of us are afraid. Afraid of death,afraid of life,afraid of the unknown ,afraid of tomorrow,afraid of everything and anything if we think to much about it. I have fallen into the trap of overthinking and only by clear and focused though i was able to understand my own true meaning of fear. Better yet i didn't beat overthinking or fear by it's source but from the other source.The source of courage. The body.The energetic system.Whatever you charge your body with,it will feel. Fear is essential. Fear is needed. Fear is an equal emotion as love. As much as we need love in our lives we need fear. Fear is what keeps us going sometimes and fear is what paralyzes us at other times. My own ''truth'' about fear is this. We ought to respect it,be afraid,because this way we stay alive,but we ought to understand the usage and surprass this fear or any fear especially when we can't do anything about it in order to live the life we want.To feel everything that this journey has to offer and to be able to feel fullfillment. Fear as a warning sign,is always gonna be there. One thing my mother keeps telling me,since i was a little boy was to: Look fear in the eye,and the fear will be gone. Don't be afraid of fear.That's when you lose the battle. Delve into them and you will find all the anwers lying into your consious and unconsious mind. Remember that fear is most of the times ''beat'' by the body or is kept inside of your body by you.Your stress it. That's why we must shake,vabrate,rest,meditate,exercise our bodies. Have your ever seen a depressed person being able to dance? I know that all of this are easier said then done.But you have to try. I have gone throught fears that i never ever imagined could ever begone. But now i remember of them and i'm more the happy and grateful that i had the oppurtunity to have them. Yes i am grateful,because i have become better and stronger throught this experience. How do you beat your fears,your insecurities et cetera is the question. The answer is simple. Do the part that your afraid to do. Do the COURAGE-part. You are afraid of highs?Stay ontop of a building,close to the edge for hours. You are afraid of talking to women? Go do it. Don't overthink of it or analyze it to much.What's there worse thing that can happen? Have the same approach in any fear. Sometimes our worse enemy is ourselves and the thing we fear is nothing but an illusion.
We sabotage ourselves. Living with confidence and courage is something extremely hard to do.It takes time and practise.A lot of it.But that's needed of the things that really matter in life. Here fits one of my favorite quotes
