I'am gonna speak straight from the heart when i tell you.You need to have variety and the aristole's ''mesotis'' or just moderation at times.Of course sometimes you have to overdo stuff.That's our nature as humans and sometimes that's the only way to succeed.

I have been studying lately for my university semester exams and the ones on september are for lessons you haven't passed in previous semesters.
I have never been very keen of studying especially when i was younger and particulary because i never liked doing something at command or because i had to.I love reading and learning stuff,i always encourage people to be good information sponges.But i just like learning at my own pace.Sometimes it's fast sometimes it's slow depending on the matter.


But there was a time,before two years before i got into college where i could sit in a chair and study,really hard,concetrated and focused for up to 5-6 hours a day with a full day schedule incuding school,outdoor lessons,gym training,family,friends etc.Of course my sleep was never more than 5-6 hours but i had a goal in mind and that goal was to get to the university i wanted and start creating the vision of life i had dreamt of.

And so i did get to university.I had my rough patches,tough mental times this past year but it's all good and all for a reason.It was for me to grow stronger and wiser in all aspects of life.

But the reason i write this post is because for the past two days i have been studying on and off for close to 10 hours a day and sometimes i find my self really out of hand thinking how the f*ck was i able to keep the schedule i had two years ago and feeling like my head is about to explode.

And so i came into the conclusion.Here some advices:

1.Roaming of,and spenting time on social media through either your computer or your phone,to relax is not only not relaxing your mind but is taxing to your whole system.You put more stupid unessesary information to your brain.Chat with your friends,see something you are interested in but know when to stop.
2.Schedule your time and have hours off.See your girlfriend/boyfriend.Talk with your friends,hangout with them.Find time for your loved ones.Exersise,breath,meditate,walk,workout,do your hobby.If you find it to hard to concetrate or you feel you had enough for today go out,walk,go grab something to eat/drink or better yet cook.
3.Have ''mesotis'' as aristotle said in all things.I can tell you the amount of stress,both mental and physical,that i put into my body when i first turned 18 on my last year of school,really showed off after months.So in everything you do in life,(i use as an example my studies right now),but in anything you do in life.Have moderation and variety in the things.Don't make it boring.Spice it up.You can find ways to do that.Only you,cause only you know your occasion can do that.

In my example of studying i find it very releasing to go out walk for a couple of minutes,hit the gym for as long as i want,see my girl and talk with my family or watch a movie.(Spending to much time on the social media/internet is actually a no no.)That's the privilege of being a student especially when you have the financial expenses covered by your parents.You have a lot of time.So i say to myself:Use it RIGHT.

So my message though it may haven't been understood by everyone is to have MODERATION&VARIETY in life so you can always feel energetic and positive both in body and spirit.
