Decided to write from time to time my daily training routines for those that are interested.For those that are not,feel free to browse and search the site by using the -Looking for something?- tab.
So:
Today i trained back ,lats,pull whatever you wanna call it,
Here is my training exercise list from today's back training:
Lat pulldowns 4 sets 10-20 reps
Barbell Rows 4 sets 10-20 reps
Lat Machine pulldowns 5 sets 8-12 reps
Triangle low rows 4 sets 8-12 reps
In between lat stretching and upper body stretches
Standing Straight Bar Lat Pulldowns 4 sets 10-20 reps
And them i threw a couple of constant tension lateral raises(lightweight) and supinated lightweight dumbell press 4 sets 8-16 reps
As you can see i trained high intensity low volume .That's because my body felt like it today to really focus on those lats and all three parts of the back.
