Moving away from my poetic standpoint about music i believe music can help a person target his feelings and use them.For example when we are sad we often find our selves listening to sad music.It goes with the spirit or vice versa we listen to happy loud music to get happy.Sometimes i use music for energy and motivation.Having a thought of a thing i want to achieve being fused with music gives me greater enegy,focus and mental power.Other times when i'am at the gym and i want to achieve a pr(personal record) on a lift i use music to get angry,focused,and trigger physical power and hit the weights hard.For other people music is the way of expressing thoughts feelings throught our body,(yes yes we dance).Music makes everything better,or worse it has so many different usages.
Plus there is types of music that makes us smarter they trigger certain parts of our brain and can be used for our benefit.Any music that makes you think is good for the brain. It has been shown that children that listen to classical music get higher test scores than those who do not.
Music can help aswell in erotic moments and trigger feelings of passion,love,climax.
