It is very common nowdays to be obese or skinny or have food problems .
Talking to people i find out that they use food only for purpose of need.They don't seem to understand the importance of good food.
This is fitness related but for you to able to healthy it doesn't necerrally mean you have be into hardcore fitness,training etc.
I write this post to give my perspective of how food affects not only our body but our mind and our soul.
Before writing a few things i would like to note that i'am talking about a fair amount of food.If you ain't training or have a crazy metabolism all food in high amount will make you fat.Anyway that's not my point for this post.
I want to inform about this.
What we eat,we become.I invite you to start eating healthy.Strong healthy calorie dense food.Cut the crap,and the fast food.Eat those once every 2 weeks.Start planning your meals,have a lot small meals and snacks.If you wanna lose weight especially for women not eating any food isn't the only way and especially not the healthy one.You have to understand that by eating good food you will feel good.by having your body fueled up you will have a better day,your will be more energetic,more focused and you will do everything better.
Start your day strong,find out how many calories you should eat,what kind of calories,search or consult a nutritionist.
I always invite people ,especially those who don't workout to eat 4 meals atleast.
Eat your breakfast,a strong dense breakfast with every macronutrient,protein,carbs healthy fats and some sugar since it will spike your insulin level and help you have a more productive day.(more energy)
Reminder,in the morning having fasted for long because your were sleeping your breakfast is the less 'harmfull''mean of all,and the most important.
Eat your lunch,some veggies,some carbs,protein from fish meats eggs etc.
Have your dinner with some veggies,your salad your protein from than things we mentioned,and throw in a couple of snack meals,some yogurt fruit etc.
It doesn't mean that if you want to lose weight you have to starve.And if your want to be more successfull food and training(i will get into to that in other posts) are essential.Find out what's your body type,see how many calories your need ,search or consult a nutrionist to find out what your have to eat everyday and do it.Food is health,it's medicine.Eat healthy,eat right,don't over or under eat and have a program.Stick to it and you will see rapid increase in everything you do and the way your feel.
