It is true that there are people who are just happy. Something may go wrong , they may experience setbacks but they do not lose their smile . And of course, as you know, it makes difficulties easier to overcome and protects their health. Below are the 10 most common assumptions about what makes them face life positively.

1. Focused on now. There are thousands of things you need to think about planning your future. From a project to process your job to schedule your upcoming holidays . What you need to do is all the necessary work so you can see  your goals realized but you do not need to live in the future. Live in the now , without experiencing the stress of your goals . Moreover, the journey is what counts , not the destination .

2 . If you can not change it,change it, if you can not stand it . There are things that you can control and there are others whose outcome is not in your hand. So there is no reason for concern. If you can not change it no need to worry because it you will simply change it . If you can not change it , then again do not worry since you can not do anything about it. And since you can not do anything about it, it does not make sense to care about it.

3 . From time to time say no . Happy people know that politely saying "no" to someone they say " yes" to their personal lives. You can't get them all happy. And do not feel guilty about it.

4. Smile even to someone that dislikes you.Its easy to let someone's bad behavior  to spoil your day, but do not. Just smile and leave. Do not let the opinion of everyone to fill your life with misery and guilt .

5. Laugh with your mistakes . Do not take everything so seriously . Some things are serious , most are not. Put an end to the solemnity and learn to laugh at your mistakes .

6. Keep your house clean and uncluttered .Untidiness is directly related to your happiness even if you can't undertsand it . A neat and tidy home in calming and energizing when you come home.

7 Find a reason to be happy with everything. Do not expect " great moments " to feel happiness ( weddings, baptisms , graduations , long trips ) . If you look a little closer at your life , you will find that you each day has something that will make you feel good .

8. See the positive . The truth is that it is hard to be constantly happy and certainly there will be days that you will look all black . Try to focus on the positive every day and smile, even if you don't feel perfectly.

9. Talk less , do more. Instead of whining and complaining constantly about things and situations that annoy you , do something to change them . Even a small step is better than nothing and stagnation .

10. Make the " Ok " perfect. Happy people aren't perfectionists . Don't wait for the perfect time to do something and do not try to do everything and all flawless.

11. Do not expect much from others When you don't rely on others for your happiness , the game is played in your field. Do not expect much from others, even from those closest to you people. The key is to appreciate them for what they are and not trying to change them . If again some people ''throw'' you phychollogicly , remove them slowly from your life .
